Desktop Support (2nd line)

Our Client is a globally recognised firm, currently seeking a candidate to join their APAC, HK team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support
  • Communicate with users with applications and system-related enquiries
  • Handling hardware, and software to ensure the provision of effective work orders
  • Escalating complex issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Working close with global technical teams

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Experience in IT technical support in professional services; financial services, bank, insurance, and legal environment
  • 2nd line support
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365, Remote Acess Systems
  • Knowledge of Audio/Teleconferencing
  • ITIL is a plus but not a must
  • Fluent in English communication
