Our Client is a globally recognised firm, currently seeking a candidate to join their APAC, HK team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support
- Communicate with users with applications and system-related enquiries
- Handling hardware, and software to ensure the provision of effective work orders
- Escalating complex issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Working close with global technical teams
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience
- Experience in IT technical support in professional services; financial services, bank, insurance, and legal environment
- 2nd line support
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, Remote Acess Systems
- Knowledge of Audio/Teleconferencing
- ITIL is a plus but not a must
- Fluent in English communication
