Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer journeys across the customer lifecycle, leveraging customer insights to improve retention and targeting strategies
- Oversee data quality and monitor data management align with the industry’s standard
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced business dashboards, customer segmentation models (needs, behaviour and value) and proprietary forecasting models, using statistical analysis
- Anticipate future Business Intelligence, management information, and data management needs
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to strategize the campaigns across all digital channels
- Guide the team to develop and to complex programs, queries per business specifications
- Transform the business requirements into programs and processes to deliver high-quality information deliverables, example, analysis, management information reporting, data extracts, campaign files
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative related
- At least 8 years experience
- Experienced in data analytics, business intelligence in large customer bases (preferably in finance industry)
- Hands-on developing campaign planning processes, statistical analysis and response tracking
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, SAS, Python, SQL, Tableau, QlikView, other big data related are a plus
- Knowledge in Adobe/Google Analytics is essential
- Strategic, tactical and problem solver and a great team player
- Communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
