Our client is a multinational financial firm seeking talented specialists to assist with its professional services across its various business arms.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the customer hotlines for products across multiple regions
- Liaise with the customer support team in managing overall customer support operations
- Maintain a degree of quality and productivity when handling customers
- Assist management with any feedback or improvements necessary to customer support
- Handle additional cross-functional tasks across multiple departments
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of work experience (those with a customer service background are a plus)
- Prior experience within financial services, call centres, or services is a bonus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with people
- Motivated and strong team player in working with multiple teams
- Strong writing and spoken English, Cantonese, or Mandarin
