Customer Support Specialist

Our client is a multinational financial firm seeking talented specialists to assist with its professional services across its various business arms.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the customer hotlines for products across multiple regions
  • Liaise with the customer support team in managing overall customer support operations
  • Maintain a degree of quality and productivity when handling customers
  • Assist management with any feedback or improvements necessary to customer support
  • Handle additional cross-functional tasks across multiple departments

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of work experience (those with a customer service background are a plus)
  • Prior experience within financial services, call centres, or services is a bonus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with people
  • Motivated and strong team player in working with multiple teams
  • Strong writing and spoken English, Cantonese, or Mandarin
