Our Client is a multinational corporation, currently seeking to expand their team and looking for talent experienced with Customer Support to assist with consumer performance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and live chat
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for consistent service quality
- Critically assess and resolve customer concerns
- Record customer interactions and propose solutions in improving service quality
- Follow up on assigned ad hoc duties provided by line manager
Requirements:
- Graduate, diploma, or above
- Experience in Customer service or related disciplines
- Shift work of 5 days a week, 9 hours a day
- Native level of English and Mandarin in reading and writing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Full training will be provided
