Customer Support Specialist (Training Provided)

Our client is a multinational corporation, currently seeking to expand their team and looking for talent experienced with Customer Support to assist with consumer performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and social media chat
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for consistent service quality
  • Critically assess and resolve customer concerns
  • Record customer interactions and propose solutions in improving service quality
  • Follow up on assigned ad hoc duties provided by the team lead

Requirements:

  • A strong customer service mindset to help customers
  • 5 days’ work Monday to Friday with lunch breaks
  • Native level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full training will be provided to get your set for the role
