Our client is a multinational corporation, currently seeking to expand their team and looking for talent experienced with Customer Support to assist with consumer performance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and social media chat
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for consistent service quality
- Critically assess and resolve customer concerns
- Record customer interactions and propose solutions in improving service quality
- Follow up on assigned ad hoc duties provided by the team lead
Requirements:
- A strong customer service mindset to help customers
- 5 days’ work Monday to Friday with lunch breaks
- Native level of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Full training will be provided to get your set for the role
