We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling enquiries both in person at our service counter and over the phone on our hotline.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service in person at our service counter and over the phone on our hotline
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers
- Accurately document customer interactions in the database
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain quality service and meet performance targets
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a service counter and hotline environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
