Customer Service Manager (FinTech)

Our client is an international FinTech company. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the expanding Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the customer service team
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate business growth
  • Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Set customer service goals for team members and help them reach those goals
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with the leading Customer Service team
  • Familiar with LiveChat, ChatBot, email and other different channels
  • Knowledgeable in blockchain, crypto and exchange platform
  • Excellent English communicator; Native speaker is advantageous
  • Training a team is desired
