Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and follow up the client’s inquiries by phone calls, emails, live chat
- Handle questions with professional blockchain knowledge
- Ensure the service is up to standard and resolving customers enquiries promptly
- Follow up communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure consistent customer service quality
Requirements:
- Degree, diploma or above in customer service environment
- Native in Mandarin, both speaking and writing
- Strong communication skills with phone handling experience
- Passionate in Blockchain is a plus, training provided
- 5-days work with shift allocation
- Immediate available is preferred
