Customer Service, FinTech (15-25k*)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and follow up the client’s inquiries by phone calls, emails, live chat
  • Handle questions with professional blockchain knowledge
  • Ensure the service is up to standard and resolving customers enquiries promptly
  • Follow up communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure consistent customer service quality

Requirements:

  • Degree, diploma or above in customer service environment
  • Native in Mandarin, both speaking and writing
  • Strong communication skills with phone handling experience
  • Passionate in Blockchain is a plus, training provided
  • 5-days work with shift allocation
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • *salary depends on experience and knowledge
