Responsibilities
- Sourcing qualified candidates for open roles
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and client
- Coordinating the hiring process from marketing to client
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screen and assessment
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, Psychology or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team
- Organised and attention-to-detail
- Customer service orientation
- Goal-oriented with work hard play hard mentality
