Our client is a fast-growing finance company developing and advancing its innovative, AI-powered B2C Chatbot.
Responsibilities
- Creating a new generation of customer interaction – involves existing and new Neural Language models
- Gather and shape feature requests, translate business needs into user requirements
- Take initiatives to carry out an appropriate survey to empower a customer-centric product
- Monitor the performance of Chatbot, frequently review key metrics, reports, enhance the overall knowledge base on review of customers interactions
- Keep abreast of relevant industry trends in the market to offer useful insights
- Develop a smarter conversational Chatbot
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Chatbot, Virtual Assistant, NLU, NLG, AI
- Chatbot training experience is a plus
- Have a growth mindset; comfortable with initiating & iterating persistently in order to achieve goals
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
