Conversational AI Chatbot Product Owner

Our client is a fast-growing finance company developing and advancing its innovative, AI-powered B2C Chatbot.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a new generation of customer interaction – involves existing and new Neural Language models
  • Gather and shape feature requests, translate business needs into user requirements
  • Take initiatives to carry out an appropriate survey to empower a customer-centric product
  • Monitor the performance of Chatbot, frequently review key metrics, reports, enhance the overall knowledge base on review of customers interactions
  • Keep abreast of relevant industry trends in the market to offer useful insights
  • Develop a smarter conversational Chatbot

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Chatbot, Virtual Assistant, NLU, NLG, AI
  • Chatbot training experience is a plus
  • Have a growth mindset; comfortable with initiating & iterating persistently in order to achieve goals
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
