Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with product designers, UX/UI designer, UX researcher, engineers to create information flows and terminology within complex workflows from concept, wireframes, prototypes, to production
- Create a cohesive cross-product experience including contributing to the product’s voice and tone style guide
- Study industry trends, competitor releases and customer insights to enhance copy effectiveness
- Conduct user research, in order to enhance the relevance and persuasive power of copy
- Proactively look for opportunities to enhance marketing results through the use of compelling copy
- Measure effectiveness of copywriting strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record in delivering results through copy
- Ability to localise copy and follow the brand tone of voice
- Solid experience in UI / UX copywriting as well as technical writing
- Experience with roadmap development and execution
- Experience with user-centric design and usability testing
- Copywriting experience in FinTech industry is a plus
- Good communication skills; English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Strong team player, stakeholder management and have passion for design and fun
