Responsibilities:
- Create user-centric copy for web and mobile applications
- Working closely with other teams; product, marketing and UX UI team
- Contribute to the product’s voice and tone style guide
- Research, optimise and evaluate the UI content; good use if data
- Enhancing existing product copy internationally
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in copywriting, UI UX writing, technical writing and/or product writing
- Previous experience with web copy, marketing contents are considered
- Interest in financial product, feature, and service in the fintech industry
- Sound experience with the ability to use sensible content tones across different topics
- Working very close with designers
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
