Responsibilities:

• Create user-centric copy for web and mobile applications
• Working closely with other teams; product, marketing and UX UI team
• Contribute to the product’s voice and tone style guide
• Research, optimise and evaluate the UI content; good use if data
• Enhancing existing product copy internationally

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in copywriting, UI UX writing, technical writing and/or product writing
• Previous experience with web copy, marketing contents are considered
• Interest in financial product, feature, and service in the fintech industry
• Sound experience with the ability to use sensible content tones across different topics
• Working very close with designers
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
