Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Service Lead / People Lead position
- 10+ years of experience covering IT Infrastructure, Operational Service Management, Solutions Architecture
- Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and Cloud-Based technologies
- Ability to address Service Management for Cloud
- Knowledgeable in the Cloud and IT Services market
