Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Service Lead / People Lead position 
• 10+ years of experience covering IT Infrastructure, Operational Service Management, Solutions Architecture
• Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and Cloud-Based technologies
• Ability to address Service Management for Cloud
• Knowledgeable in the Cloud and IT Services market
