Client Success Team Lead, Greater China (MD-level)

Exciting opportunity to join a world-renown Saas firm that’s working with the hottest leading Tech companies in China. 

Our client is an established, listed company with 50 offices across 6 continents. They are expanding the Client Succes team due to business expansion. 

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of North Asia and working alongside the Sales Lead, this role is responsible for: 

  • Leading an Enterprise Account Management team (Account Directors, Managers, and Associates) in the Greater China region
  • Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow key enterprise accounts
  • Drive, manage and attain revenue goals
  • Team recruitment & development 
  • Coordinate with sales-related functions to develop strategies and execute plans


They are seeking a highly-motivated professional who enjoys a challenging role. Requirements include: 

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Saas client success / account management
  • Experienced in consultative / value-added selling
  • Managed accounts in Greater China
  • Minimum 2 years experience in team leading & people management (ideally has led a team of 5+ direct reports)
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin / Cantonese 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A people person and competent leader; passionate about team’s success  
  • Enterprising & resourceful
