Our client is a competitive startup rapidly expanding its digital asset business and they’re looking for an experienced CTO to thrive the team

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the technical design, architecture optimization and other system development projects according to business requirements
• Lead and coach the engineering team. Maintain the positive team atmosphere
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to deliver products with a user-centric and customer success mindset
• Review the latest technology market trends to ensure the company’s best practice of software development
• Work closely with executives to plan and execute the company’s strategies to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of working experience in Java development and team-leading experience with more than 20 members
• More than 5 years of experience developing digital asset trading platforms
• Passionate for the latest fintech technology in the digital asset sector
• Strong entrepreneurship and excellent communication skills
• Eligible to work in Singapore
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
