Our client is seeking an experienced Business Unit Head to assist with developing Partnerships and Customer-Centric strategies in the E-commerce Workplace
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in the E-commerce Marketplace through valuable vendor partnerships and customer engagement
- Supervise new projects aimed at penetrating the APAC markets
- Liaise with the business unit on the development of projects and delivery in the marketplace on behalf of clients
- Lead teams to reach sales targets within the E-commerce Marketplace while identifying areas of improvement
- Monitor and control budget constraints and financial planning when engaging with projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within E-commerce Marketplaces and Account management in APAC
- Experience with Chinese E-commerce Marketplaces i.e. Tmall, JD.com. Taobao, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight and swift deadlines
- Strong experiences in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to help guide the team to reach sales targets
- Excellent English and Mandarin written and spoken skills
