An award-winning interior design firm based in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing new and exclusive clients to the business to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a business development strategy that will attract new clients to the firm
• Identify and evaluate potential clients and their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Attend networking events, conferences, and other business development opportunities
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure client needs are met
• Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and reports to management
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the firm’s services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Proven track record of bringing new business to a company
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required
