Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic sales plans; Analyze market trends to identify areas for growth
- Manage a team of Partner Account Managers and Sales Managers
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Maintain sales performance and metrics; Act as the Customer Advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focused
- Assist in account development, sales planning, forecasting, overseas events, and conferences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in wireless telecommunication equipment sales
- Expert with 4G/5G small cell products, CPEs, MiFi, Dongles, etc
- Equip network/collaboration experience with major wireless operators in APAC is highly preferred
- Proactive team player who can work with different global functional teams
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
