Responsibilities:
- Define and develop product journey and digital products
- Conduct research and design thinking to enhance the customer journey
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders including consultancy/agency
- Develop business cases to identify, scope and find out implementation paths for product enhancement
- Work along with cross-functional teams to strengthen product controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business or any equivalent academic background
- Experience in a digital product management role from launch to lifecycle
- Track record of product launches including website and mobile
- Understand market trends and changes in a digital world (particular in e-commerce/ financial industries)
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Passionate about digital product, Innovative and forward thinker
