Responsibilities:
- Maintain filing system and administrative work
- Build and maintain a good relationship with senior management and team members to provide efficient support
- Organise calendars, interview coordination, and related applications
- Completing end of month staff expenses, replenishing office equipment, water/coffee orders
- Coordinate couriers and outgoing mail, distributing incoming mails
- Provide support to the recruitment process
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree graduate; Physiology, Social Sciences, HR
- Knowledge with HK Employment Ordinance, payroll and tax-related
- Mature, responsible, organised and able to work independently
- Willing to learn new things
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
