Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and Advise as Administrative Support to senior management and monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance
  • Manage, reconcile and arrange payments for invoices, and manage vendors for office maintenance
  • Organise internal activities, events, and annual parties; and for external social events
  • Support company branding and marketing initiatives for Corporate premiums and leaflets

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Work independently, multi-tasking in a fast-growing environment
  • Great coordination skills and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve corporate initiatives
  • Excellence team player
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken) is essential. Additional language skills, such as Mandarin, would be advantageous.
